My name is Paige, I am a Certified Fitness Specialist through the International Sports Sciences Associations (ISSA). I have been certified since 2015, and since then I have experience training many men and women of all ages reach their personalized fitness goals one on one in the gym as well as leading group fitness classes, water aerobics & build workout plans for clients around the world.

I have continued my education into becoming a Pre&Postnatal Fitness Specialist. 

My goal is to help clients find a healthy balance between fitness and their busy lifestyle as well as help moms prioritize their health.

I am only offering online training programs right now as I recently became a mother myself but I have a wide range from home programs, strength, postpartum, gym and customized programs.
